HCL Technologies gains as FIIs hikes stake in Q2FY15

HCL Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1519.85, up by 14.85 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 1505.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1528.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1528.00 and Rs. 1512.00 respectively. So far 4,475 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1775.40 on 07-Oct-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1034.00 on 25-Oct-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1740.00 and Rs. 1476.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,06,525.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.71% and 5.76% respectively.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have increased their stake in HCL Technologies by 25 basis points to 29.10 percent in Q2FY15 from 28.85 percent as on June 30, 2014. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced their shareholding in the company by 12 basis points to 3.62 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 3.74 percent as on June 30, 2014.

Meanwhile, non institutions were holding 5.75 percent stake in the company at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 2 basis points from 5.77 percent as on June 30, 2014. While, corporate bodies were holding 2.12 percent stake in the company at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 7 basis points from 2.05 percent as on June 30, 2014.
