AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,83,765 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 27, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,99,20,746 (235,99,60,373 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 472,02,88,276 (236,01,44,138 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
