With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 12, 2012, regarding the board of directors of the company will be meeting on January 27, 2012, for approving the quarterly unaudited results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, Bharat Electronics has now informed that at the same meeting on January 27, 2012, the board of directors of the company will also be considering declaration of interim dividend (for 2011-2012) to the equity shareholders of the company.
