AXIS Bank has informed that the committee of directors of the bank has on January 20, 2012 made the allotment of 1,16,162 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, under ESOP scheme of the bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,26,90,962 equity shares from 41,25,74,800 equity shares.
