ITC allots equity shares under ESOS
Date: 24-01-2012ITC has informed that the company on January 20, 2012 has issued and allotted 29,43,490 ordinary shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 2,94,349 options by optionees under the company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from January 20, 2012, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 780,02,26,780 divided into 780,02,26,780 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1 each.
