D-Link (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2014, has approved the change in designation of non-executive Director Vinai Kolli, to whole-time Director subject to approval of the shareholders. At present no remuneration proposed to be paid to Vinai Kolli since he is drawing remuneration from the subsidiary Company.
