AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 98,585 equity shares of Rs. 2  each on December 29, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,63,40,576 (236,31,70,288 equity shares of Rs. 2 each) to Rs. 472,65,37,746 (236,32,68,873 equity shares of Rs. 2  each).
