Oracle Financial Services Software has reported results for its third quarter ended December 31, 2011.

The company has posted a marginal rise of 1.75% in its net profit of Rs 251.68 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 247.35 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 16.49% from Rs 583.74 crore for Q3FY11 to Rs 680.01 crore in the quarter under review.

On the consolidated basis the group has posted a jump of 7.27% in its net profit after tax to Rs 302.97 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 282.43 crore in the same quarter last year. Total Income of the company improved by 10.61% to Rs 815.92 crore for the quarter compared to Rs 737.63 crore in the quarter, year ago.
