Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of ICICI Bank Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from January 09, 2015 to January 31, 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
