Artheon Finance gets nod for proposed scheme of amalgamation

Artheon Finance has received in-principle approval for the proposed scheme of amalgamation of Vinay Jain's Training Forum into the company. The company has received an approval at its board meeting held on January 27, 2012.

Artheon Finance provides professional consultancy services and deals in share broking. It generates income from offering fee-based advisory services, sale of shares and securities, dividend and interest.
