Moschip Semiconductor Technology has entered an agreement to sell its IPRs relating to its I/O product line and the assets relating to the said product line of USA-based MosChip Semiconductor Technology, a 100% subsidiary of the company to Taiwan-based ASIX Electronics Corporation.

Moschip Semiconductor Technology is the only publicly traded, world-class, fab-less semiconductor company based in India. The company provides vendors and OEM suppliers support for their broad product range. Their offerings include free driver downloads that includes multiple supported Operating Systems, software support, specialized application support and product specific documentation.
