Oberoi Realty has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2014.

The company has registered 45.14% rise in its net profit at Rs 66.88 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 46.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased 30.56% at Rs 185.10 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 141.77 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company’s net profit rose 16.41% to Rs 79.23 crore for the Q3 FY15 as compared to Rs 68.06 crore in Q3 FY14. Moreover, the total income surged 18.10% to Rs 219.60 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 185.95 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
