AXIS Bank has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2014.

The bank has registered a rise of 18.43% in its net profit after tax at Rs 1899.76 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1604.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank has increased 15.85% at Rs 10928.81 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 9433.55 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Gross non-performing assets (NPAs) increased to 1.34% in the October- December quarter as against 1.25% in the same quarter previous year, while net NPAs stood to 0.44%.
