AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,12,510 equity shares of Rs 2 each on January 19, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,75,88,384 (236,37,94,192 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 472,78,13,404 (236,39,06,702 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
