AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 3,44,665 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 27, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,78,13,404 Rs. (236,39,06,702 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to 472,85,02,734 Rs. (236,42,51,367 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
