L&T Finance Holdings’ wholly owned subsidiary - L&T Finance, will raise Rs 250 crore through private placement of non- convertible debentures. The company intends to issue secured, redeemable, non- convertible debentures of Rs 25 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 250 crore (Series K of FY 2014-15) on private placement basis.
