Britannia Industries Ltd.

Britannia Industries has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2014.

The company has registered a rise of 25.11% in its net profit at Rs 120.52 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 96.33 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased 14.64% at Rs 1872.85 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 1633.67 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis the company’s net profit rose 36.52% to Rs 137.28 crore for the Q3 FY15 as compared to Rs 100.56 crore in Q3 FY14. Moreover, the total income increased 14.20% to Rs 2052.92 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1797.58 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
