AGC Networks, a Mumbai-based communications software provider has received an approval for entering into a joint venture (JV) agreement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide IT & ITES services. The board at its meeting held on January 31, 2012 has approved for the same.

Last year in October, AGC Networks Singapore, a wholly owned Singapore subsidiary of AGC Networks had acquired Aegis Tech, New Zealand at a consideration of AU$ 2,390,000. The board at its meeting held on October 20, 2011 took the note of it.
