IKF Technologies to expand its current operation in BPO segment

IKF Technologies is planning for further expansion of current operation in BPO segment by ISMSL (an Essel Group Enterprise) for Dish TV and by Aircel for Aircel Inbound, being operated from Kolkata center of the company. The company expects to be operational by 1st week of July for additional business offered by its valued client.

Recently, IKF Technologies has received Letter of Intent (LOI) from ISMSL (an Essel Group Enterprise) to provide call centre service for the subscribers of Dish TV India in East India.
