Eicher Motors strengthens on plan to increase FII limit to 49%

Eicher Motors is currently trading at Rs. 16625.40, up by 515.95 points or 3.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 16109.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16302.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 16725.00 and Rs. 16302.00 respectively. So far 3541 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 16895.00 on 02-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4810.00 on 24-Feb-2014.

Eicher Motors has receive an approval to increase the aggregate Foreign Institutional Investment limit, under the portfolio investment scheme, to 49% of the company’s total paid up share capital subject to the approval of shareholder by Special Resolution. The board of directors at their meeting held on February 13, 2015 have approved for the same.
