AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 4,48,493 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on February 23, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 473,27,15,086 (236,63,57,543 equity shares of Rs. 2  each) to Rs. 473,36,12,072 (236,68,06,036 equity shares of Rs. 2 each).
