Date: 03-02-2012Dr Reddys Laboratories has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2011.
The company has posted a fall of 58.89% in its net profit of Rs 108.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 262.77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 14.36% from Rs 1426.97 crore for Q3FY11 to Rs 1631.86 crore in the quarter under review.
On the consolidated basis, the group has posted 87.80% surge in its net profit to Rs 512.96 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 273.14 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income of the company improved by 46.52% to Rs 2752.71 crore for the quarter compared to Rs 1878.72 crore in the quarter, year ago.
