AXIS Bank  has informed that the Bank has allotted 5,41,559 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on March 02, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 473,36,12,072 (236,68,06,036 equity shares of Rs. 2 each) to Rs. 473,46,95,190 (236,73,47,595 equity shares of Rs. 2 each).
