eClerx Services has received an approval to set up wholly-owned subsidiary in London, UK, with initial investment not exceeding GBP 25,000 and/or equivalent amount, inter-alia, in view of evolving business environment. The board of directors at their meeting held on March 13, 2015 have approved for the same.

eClerx Services portfolio of services comprises data analytics, operations management, data audits, metrics management and reporting services.
