Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Industries’ (RIL) subsidiary -- Reliance Retail -- has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DEIEM India, the manufacturer of REX Brand school shoes. Under the MoU, Rex school shoes and REXGOLA will be sold in Reliance Retail stores in major cities of the country.

The Delhi-based company has received the first supply order from Reliance Retail stores. Reliance Retail is the retail business wing of the Reliance Industries. Further, DEIEM India expects a big jump in sale of school shoes as a result of tie-up with Reliance Retail.
