Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has divested its entire shareholding in Brooke Bond Real Estates (BBREPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of HUL, in favour of Brigade Properties, a subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises.  Consequently, BBREPL ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 23, 2015.
