Tech Mahindra, a specialist in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, along with the IITC (OHI Group Company), implemented the Oracle ERP Go-Live at the Salalah Sanitary Drainage Services (SSDS), Salalah - Oman. This digitization of operations helped SSDS improve its asset utilization by 200% and asset maintenance schedule and planning by 200%.

The project launch at the SSDS's facility was by far the most significant collaboration between the two companies. The system integrated all the client's business operations into a single system meeting specific requirements and providing them the advantage of quicker response time and better services.
