ICICI Bank advances on acquiring 5.03% stake in IVRCL

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 314.10, up by 2.05 points or 0.66 % from its previous closing of Rs. 312.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 312.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 314.50 and Rs. 311.30 respectively. So far 106018 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 393.30 on 28-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 238.40 on 07-Apr-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 342.00 and Rs. 309.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 182059.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at NA % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 63.27 % and 7.66 % respectively.

ICICI Bank has acquired 2,25,74,134 shares of IVRCL amounting to 5.03 per cent of the latter company’s equity by interest loan conversion. This acquisition of shares in the Hyderabad-based infrastructure company is on cumulative basis and in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the Corporate Debt Restructure process of the company.

IVRCL is engaged into engineering procurement and construction (EPC) activities in India. It conducts operations in 5 sectors namely Water and Environment, Transportation, Buildings, Power and Industrial Structures.
