Bajaj Finserv has reportedly entered into partnership pact with Symbiosis School of banking and finance (SSBF), to offer a certificate course to final year graduate students and fresh graduates without any prior experience, who are keen on pursuing a career in BFSI sector.

The three months course is aimed at creating job opportunities for fresh graduates, especially from economically weaker sections, who need to get an employment immediately on graduation. The programme will create an industry ready pool of professionals whom financial services companies can tap into.
