Panchmahal Steel re-appoints director and managing director

Panchmahal Steel has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 09, 2012 have approved re-appointment of Ashok Malhotra as managing director of the company for a further period of 5 years with the effect from April 01, 2012 subject to the approval of the members of the company.

The company has also approved the re-appointment of Hanish Malhotra as director (marketing) of the company for a further period of 3 years with the effect from February 01, 2012 subject to the approval of the members of the company.
