L&T firms up on inking MoU with AREVA for Jaitapur Nuclear Power Project

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is currently trading at Rs. 1817.15, up by 15.20 points or 0.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 1801.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1808.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1820.00 and Rs. 1804.50 respectively. So far 233927 shares were traded on the counter.

L&T Infotech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has received a contract worth $10 million to integrate the business functions of Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL). As per the contract, the company will deploy SAP ERP solutions to integrate business operations within RVNL. The company will also deliver data centre hosting, collaboration and networking, including e-tendering, project management, finance, HR functions as well as user support and maintenance. It will integrate RVNL's 24 project implementing units (PIUs) across India, including their corporate office at New Delhi.
