Natco Pharma has reportedly received US Food and Drug Administration’s (USFDA) approvals to market generic Alprazolam. The drug is already in generic space with near 20 players in fray. Alprazolam is used to treat anxiety and panic disorders.

Natco Pharma was promoted as a private company to be in the business of research, developing, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical substances and finished dosage forms for Indian and International markets.
