F&O total turnover stood at Rs 153997.90 crore on June 28

Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 153997.90 crore on June 28, and the total numbers of contract traded on the day were 5687827.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 17344.94 crore, Stock Futures Rs 24691.51 crore, and Index Options Rs 109227.21 crore while, the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 2734.23 crore.

For the day the total F&O PutCall ratio stood at 1.05 while Index Options PutCall ratio was 1.08 and that of Stock Options was 0.43.

The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Sun Pharma 2.39, Tata Power 2.05, Bharat Forge 2.00, Exide Industries 2.00 and NMDC 2.00.

Among most active underlying, SBI witnessed an addition of 0.15% of Open Interest (OI) in the June month futures contract followed by RIL witnessed an addition of 0.27% of Open Interest (OI) in the near month contract. Meanwhile Tata Motors witnessed a contraction of 1.00% of OI in the June month futures while ICICI Bank witnessed an addition of 8.96% of OI in the June month futures.
