L&T Finance Holdings has informed  that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2015, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.80 per Equity Share of face value Rs 10 each.The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be credited/dispatched before September 02, 2015.
