Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) subsidiary -- L&T Construction’s Power Transmission and Distribution (PT&D) business has bagged orders worth Rs 802 crore in the domestic and international markets in April 2015.

In the domestic market, Rural Electrification projects under the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana (RGGVY) schemes have been bagged in Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal from Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam and West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company respectively.

On the International front, an order has been bagged from a private developer for engineering, procurement & construction of a 132/11kV substation in the Middle East.
