Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd.

The Exchange had sought clarification from Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone with respect to news article appearing in Business Standard on May 4, 2015 titled ‘Adani Group, GSPC mull over equity options to finance Mundra terminal’. Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone replied stating that the news paper report has not been given by us and we do not wish to speculate on the report. They have no such development that requires disclosure under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement. If they do have, they will make the disclosure in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
