-0.60 (-0.20%) L&T Infrastructure Finance Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T Finance Holdings, is reportedly planning to raise Rs 300 crore through debentures. The company intends to issue secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 25 lakh each, amounting to Rs 300 crore with an option to retain over-subscription of Rs 100 crore. The proposed instrument will be issued on a private placement basis.
