AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,05,700 equity shares of Rs 2 each on May 11, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs  4,74,79,71,436 (2,37,39,85,718 equity shares of Rs  2 each) to Rs  4,74,83,82,836 (2,37,41,91,418 equity shares of Rs  2 each)
