Wipro informs about Allotment of Equity Shares
Date: 14-05-2015Wipro has informed that the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution effective May 11, 2015 resolved to allot 46650 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.
