Mphasis has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, has considered and approved the dividend of Rs 16 per equity share of Rs10 each (160%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The dividend, if declared at the Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
