Tata Consultancy Services has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 09, 2015 to June 13, 2015 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 30, 2015. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the forthcoming AGM, payment of such dividend will be made on July 07, 2015.
