Axis Bank has informed that the committee of directors of the bank, on February 20, 2012, has made the allotment of 1,82,851 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, under ESOP scheme of the bank. The paid up share capital of the bank will accordingly get increased to 41,28,73,813 equity shares from 41 equity shares.
