AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 81,550 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on June 15, 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,96,71,814 (237,48,35,907 equity shares of Rs. 2  each) to Rs. 474,98,34,914 (237,49,17,457 equity shares of Rs. 2  each).
