Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.

The Exchange had sought clarification from Maruti Suzuki India with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on June 18, 2015 titled ‘Suzuki-Proton Deal may Drive Marutis Exports’. Maruti Suzuki India replied stating that they would like to clarify that Maruti Suzuki India Limited is not a signatory or contracting partner to any agreement between Suzuki Motor Corporation and Proton and is currently not planning to export any CKD to Proton as speculated in the news report.
