AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 31,855 equity shares of Rs 2 each on June 22, 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 474,98,34,914 (237,49,17,457 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 474,98,98,624 (237,49,49,312 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
