Date: 24-06-2015HDFC Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted on June 24, 2015, 2491200 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employee Stock Options Schemes (ESOS). The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 5017934034 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 5022916434 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
