Oppenheimer Funds Inc. has increased its stake in Cyient through open market. Oppenheimer Funds Inc. (F.I.I.) and Sub-Accounts bought 527,000 equity shares representing 0.47% of total equity of Cyient though open market. Post acquisition, total holdings of Oppenheimer Funds Inc. (F.I.I.) and Sub-Accounts in Cyient increased to 5.15% from 4.68% earlier.

As of March 31, 2015, Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund held 4.1% stake in Cyient.
