Ramsons Projects sell its entire shareholding in its subsidiary company

Ramsons Projects has sold its entire shareholding held in Sumel Housing Finance. Consequently, the relation of holding company and subsidiary company between Ramsons projects and Sumel Housing Finance has ceased.

Sumel Housing Finance is engaged in the business of housing finance and registered with the National Housing Bank under section 29A of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987.

Ramsons Projects is engaged in the business of leasing, hire purchase finance and investment in securities.
