Maruti Suzuki India has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 28, 2015 to September 04, 2015 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 04, 2015. Further, that the Company will provide the e-voting facility to its shareholders for the said AGM and therefore has fixed the August 28, 2015 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members entitled to vote electronically.
