With reference to the earlier letter dated April 23, 2015 intimating about the closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from July 31, 2015 to August 03, 2015 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM), L&T Finance Holdings has now informed that the Company is hereby withdrawing the intimation of Book Closure date due to re-schedulement of the AGM. The revised Book Closure date and AGM date, time and venue will be intimated well in advance. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall therefore continue to remain open until intimation of the date of AGM.
